1. General Information

LoveChel.com is owned and operated by Chelbug Creative, LLC. This is MY business (Michelle Simmons) - and I specialize in unique, artist-created designs for apparel and accessories, as well as licensing and custom artwork for aligned brands.

2. Products & Orders

All designs on LoveChel.com are original and created by me.
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Production and shipping times may vary.
Due to the nature of small-batch, hand-pressed apparel, slight variations may occur.
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
I accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, ACH transfers, Paypal, and Venmo. Payments must be completed before an order is processed.
Purchases will show up on billing statements as being from Love, Chel

4. Shipping & Delivery

Currently only shipping within the continental United States.
Shipping is $8.50 or FREE with purchase of $75+. You’ll be able to TRACK your order, but no expedited shipping is available at this time.
Most items are made especially for you when you place the order, which is why it takes a bit longer to deliver. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so THANK YOU for making thoughtful purchasing decisions.
Items can take approximately 2-3 weeks to arrive, based on where each is coming from. Thank you for your patience!
Other items purchased might be shipped separately and arrive sooner.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Sorry, but NO returns/exchanges are allowed unless you receive a damaged item.

HERE’S WHY:

While I LOVE bringing my illustrations to life & getting them into your hands, at the HEART of it I’m an artist & not a retail store. I’m also a one-woman business, handling everything myself.

I don’t have time to dedicate to the service required to handle returns/exchanges, nor do I have the $$ to hire someone to handle it for me.

The GOOD news is that by making this decision, it also allows me to keep my prices as LOW as possible, as the sales process & my time are streamlined.

So make sure you check the detailed SIZING GUIDE for each product, to make sure you find the perfect fit.

And if you DO receive a damaged item, get in touch within 7 days of delivery and I’ll make things right.

Might this policy lose me a few sales or customers? Yup. But that’s a risk I’m taking, as I’m prioritizing my own health & well-being over making more $$$. And I hope you can appreciate that.

6. Intellectual Property

All content (including images, designs, text, etc.) is owned by LoveChel.com and may not be used without permission.
Unauthorized reproduction or resale of our designs is strictly prohibited, and legal action will be taken.

7. User Conduct

By using my website, you agree not to:

Use my site for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to copy, distribute, or exploit my designs or content
Interfere with the security or functionality of my website
